I don't know about you, but a DIPLOMAT describing the death of over 200,000 people as a "wonderful opportunity" is not likely to engender warm feelings from many people around the world. But then again, this Administration thinks that killing 100,000 Iraqis is going to make the world SAFER, so I guess I shouldn't be suprised.
